Pacific Capacity Partners is a private sector international development firm working across the Pacific and Asia. We help organizations strengthen systems, build skills, improve operations and deliver effective results. Our main office is in Suva with a regional office in Nepal that covers the Asian region. We also have a contact office in Rome, Italy, that supports collaboration with European partners.
We work with governments, development partners and the private sector to design and deliver solutions that strengthen institutions, enhance performance and support sustainable growth. Our experience includes governance, institutional development, economic growth, climate resilience and social inclusion.
As a women-led Pacific firm, we bring regional understanding and practical experience together with global standards to deliver strategic advisory services, implement programs and build partnerships that support long-term impact.
PCP brings together senior practitioners with deep experience across the Pacific and Asia in institutional capacity strengthening, donor compliance, grants and contracts management, operations and program leadership.
PCP operates through a lean core management team supported by a Board of Advisors and a wider pool of regional consultants and technical experts. This structure allows the firm to remain agile while drawing on specialized expertise as required across sectors and countries.
Locally led development in the Pacific Region is the preferred pathway to supporting sustainability and resilience.
Provide global perspectives and support to local institutions delivering on shared, regionally strategic objectives.
We pledge to strengthen operational systems and technical competencies of governmental, private sector, and development partnering organizations
We pledge to support the design and the implementation of locally-driven solutions to address stubborn regional and global challenges
We pledge to help clients achieve their objectives by adapting global know-how to local contexts through iterative, system development approaches
Pacific Capacity Partners (PCP) was born out of shared experience and commitment to strengthening Pacific institutions and supporting regional development strategies.
Our story began with two women who spent years working across the Pacific and saw the same pattern repeat. Projects ended and the support systems faded, which left local teams without the steady help they needed. Over time, we realized we shared the same goal to build something rooted in the region and shaped by people who understand it. What started as colleagues working together slowly grew into a shared vision, then a partnership. We began the formal steps to register Pacific Capacity Partners as a regional women-led firm that brings local insight, regional presence and global standards together.
As we moved toward forming Pacific Capacity Partners, we were met with trust from people we respect. Our executive team and advisors stepped in with open hearts and steady encouragement. They believed in us before the idea was fully shaped and their support continues to carry us. We feel overwhelmed and deeply thankful for every helping hand. This small beginning is now a collective effort built on shared purpose and a belief that real development grows from strong institutions and confident local leadership.
